Job descriptionProfile Regional Visual Merchandiser Pandora CWE (Central Western Europe) Austria The Company The head office is stated in Hamburg, Germany. The Founders, Administration, IT and Finance are situated in Denmark. The company is focussing on the distribution of the exclusive Danish design jewelry of the brand PANDORA and is one of the fastest growing companies in the industry. At this moment Pandora CWE is responsible for the distribution in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy and The Netherlands. There are currently +250 people employed in the company and the expected turnover in 2010 is expected to exceed 150 million Euros. Pandora CWE is building an atmosphere where employees work in an informal / casual environment where at the same time a hands-on, no nonsense way of working is expected to achieve the high targets. Safety, trust and personal health and a can-do attitude are important values in the company. The organization Pandora CWE in Germany is the place where the business started. Jesper Nielsen is the Managing Director. Kim Olsen is the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and responsible for all the sales activities. Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Sales are the three main departments. Due to some changes in the commercial organization and to strengten the organization, SAM Headhunting is responsible to find a Regional Visual Merchandiser for Austria, whom is also responsible for Switzerland. Regional Visual Merchandiser Responsibilities The Regional Visual Merchandiser Manager is responsible for the execution of Visual merchandising in Austria and Switzerland. The RVM is responsible for executing merchandising strategies in line with brand image of Pandora Jewelry. Goal is to maximise retail performance and profitability. The RVM provides support and insures compliance and execution of all PANDORA visual merchandising initiatives and direction are carried out in accordance to PANDORA global Visual Merchandising Guidelines. Visual Merchandising is executed through a team of Field Visual Merchandisers The RVM develops and manage Field Visual Merchandiser staff that works closely with sales representatives and our retail partners. The RVM must be a self-starter with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and comply with tight, aggressive deadlines and goals. The Regional Visual Merchandiser is reporting to the Visual Merchandiser Manager in Hamburg. Demands M/V, high-level education Representative and of course creative Experienced Manager in a creative environment (Marketing, Communication or Visual merchandising) in luxury goods/jewelry. Excellent knowledge of the German language Knowledge of the English language.
